I contacted X-Treme on a Wednesday to do an event — a Celebration of Life for my Father — that Sunday. I know... kind of last minute, but the in-house AV person at our upscale event space waited until the last moment to give us a quote that was absolutely ridiculous, forcing us to scramble.
Responsive: When I called, someone from the team — clearly busy — answered and made me a priority, stepping outside so we could talk without distractions. Despite being away from the office, I had a quote in under 2 hours.
